What data we collect

We collect the data you provide via the inquiry form or when contacting us: name, company, phone, email, the content of your message and any attached files. The web server records technical log data (e.g. IP address, time of visit, browser type) to ensure security.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to your inquiry and provide our service (consent and performance of a contract) and to ensure the security of the website (legitimate interest).

How your inquiry reaches us

The inquiry form data is sent to our own web server and from there by email to our mailbox. So that no inquiry is lost, a copy is also stored on the server in a location that is closed to the web.

Retention

Inquiries stored on the server and their attachments are deleted automatically after 2 years. We keep emails as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our service or as required by law (e.g. accounting). Server log retention is determined by the hosting provider.

Processors

Data is processed on our behalf by Zone Media OÜ (web hosting and server, Estonia) and by our email service provider (delivering inquiries to our mailbox). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We use no analytics or tracking; fonts are loaded from our own server.
