Does your equipment let you down just when there's the most work? We maintain your machinery on a planned schedule, so there's less unexpected downtime. When needed, we design and build new equipment and integrate it into your production.
A few examples of the equipment, conveyors and restorations we have built.

20We designed and built roller conveyors with drives and safety fences for a production line. The conveyors were made in our workshop and delivered to the customer ready for installation.

4We designed and built a conveyor that carries packs of finished products out of the production building, where a forklift takes them to storage.

2The crusher blades were worn. As the machine is one of a kind and no spare parts were available, we restored the blades by welding and finishing: the worn sections were built up and the blades machined back to the correct shape.

8We made the steel roof structure and the conveyor in our workshop and installed them on site with a crane on top of concrete walls. Before manufacturing, we designed the structure and made a 3D model.

4We restored a centrifugal fan and made its new housing from stainless steel. A stainless housing lasts longer, even in damp and corrosive conditions.
View photosProfactory OÜ was founded in 2025. Our team has years of experience with equipment in sawmills, pellet plants, plywood mills, power plants and the mining industry. Scraper, belt, roller and screw conveyors are our everyday work. We also build walkways, platforms, crushers and other equipment, and restore old machines.
Design, building and installation – we handle it all ourselves and afterwards keep the equipment running with planned maintenance. New equipment and spare parts are made in our own workshop.

From maintenance and repair to new machines and steel structures.
We maintain and repair equipment in sawmills, pellet plants, power plants and plywood mills. Planned maintenance reduces unexpected downtime and extends equipment life. When something breaks, we find the cause of the fault and get the equipment working again.
We design and build equipment – from mechanics to electrics and automation. We take responsibility for the whole process, from drawings and assembly to control cabinets, PLC programming and commissioning. We build both individual machines and complete production lines and integrate them into your production.
We make new spare parts from a drawing, a sample or a worn or broken part. We turn and mill both single parts and small series. Worn parts are restored by welding, hardfacing and machining. If there's no drawing, we make one ourselves.
We weld carbon and stainless steel, repair equipment and reinforce and restore steel structures. If the equipment or structure can't be moved, we come to you and do the job at your plant or site. We bring the equipment we need.
We design and make platforms, walkways, stairs, railings and supporting structures. We measure on site, build the structure in our own workshop and install it on site. We take loads and safety requirements into account so the structure is safe and lasts for years.
We bend sheet metal to your drawing or required dimensions, for single parts as well as small series. Laser cutting is coming to our workshop soon, so we can offer part cutting as a separate service or together with bending and welding. We are also able to roll various materials.

In our workshop we make designed equipment and structures, as well as the spare parts needed for planned maintenance, such as conveyor chains and metal belts. We prepare the spare parts or equipment before the planned shutdown begins. This keeps the maintenance window shorter and gets the job done quickly.

The client's production hall lacked safe, convenient access for servicing the equipment. The existing walkways were worn out and did not meet safety requirements.
We surveyed the site, designed and manufactured steel platforms, stairs and railings in our workshop. We primed the structures and installed them on site with minimal disruption to production.
Servicing the equipment became safe and fast. The durable structure lasts for years and reduces the risk of accidents.

The material shredder's blades were worn and the machine no longer delivered the required output. Delivery of new original blades would have meant a long downtime.
We removed the working parts, restored the worn cutting edges with hard-facing and machined them to size. The worn components that were needed we re-made in our workshop.
The machine regained its performance for a fraction of the cost of a new one, and downtime stayed minimal.

The client needed a new, stronger solution to replace a worn screening unit, which was not available off the shelf.
We built a full-size hexagonal drum structure from a drawing — frame, screening surfaces and bearing assemblies. All welding and assembly was done in our workshop.
The client received a durable unit that matched their needs exactly and fitted into the existing line.

The work machine's bucket and mounting assemblies were cracked and worn, which threatened the machine's reliability.
We cut out the damaged sections, reinforced the loaded areas and welded in new steel parts. The assemblies were fitted and finished.
The machine regained its reliability and the client avoided the costly purchase of a new one.

A large-scale sorting line needed support and service structures, as well as equipment maintenance to ensure reliability.
We manufactured and installed steel structures, walkways and railings, and carried out maintenance on the line's equipment.
The line runs reliably and can be serviced safely.
